Our Billing Model

The fees quoted below are annual payments that cover software maintenance and upgrades, traffic storage, support and account management.

Each Plan comes with free Postage Credits (1 postage credit = 1 message at the prevailing Plan Rate).

All Plans (except "Personal") come with two free Mail Component SDKs.

Each Account has two cash balances, the Postage Credit Balance which can be thought of as being like postage stamps, (you receive Postage credits each time your annual fee is paid and whenever you refer someone who signs up for their own account). So long as you have Postage credits then any message costs will be automatically deducted from there. Your Cash Balance is your balance of 'real' money that can be used to pay for:

• Message traffic (if you have no Postage Credits)
• Annual Fees
• Additional Mail Component SDKs
• Plan upgrades

Your Cash Balance is refundable should you wish to close your MXPlus account.

How to Order

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

1. Register yourself (go to the Gateway Page and click on the 'MXPlus Registration' button).
2. You will receive a confirmation email containing a link to your Web Account Login, follow the link (or go to the Gateway Page and click on the 'MXPlus Login' button).
3. Enter your Login ID and the temporary Password contained in your confirmation email (you will be prompted to choose a new password).
4. Open your Accounts page by clicking on the 'Accounts' button at the top right-hand corner of the page. (If this button is not present it is because you have not been granted Accounting Rights by your MXPlus Administrator, in which case you can't go any further).
5. From the Accounts summary page, click on the 'Account Management' tab. You can now select the Plan that is most suitable for you.
